In June, Yerevan finally was spotted on the world fashion map by FASHION FORUM YEREVAN, the first international fashion event ever organised in Armenia. The Fashion and Design Chamber brought together Armenian designers' community and foreign professionals to give talks around the variety of topics. For three days TUMO Center for Creative Technologies gathered over 250 guests, including designers, students, journalists and all inerested individuals to learn about fashion from world-renowned experts. The forum was open for public so that interested individuals may attend the workshops organised in the frame of the forum to gain knowledge, experience and network from fashion experts during power-talks.
The guest-speakers also ran small workshops giving attendees more practical advices. The list of speakers featured Adam Katz Sinding (famous street fashion photographer, USA), Gwyneth Holland (trend consultant, writter, lecturer at Westminster Univerity, UK), Andrea Bruno (strategic director of textile and fashion department at Istituto d'Arte Applicata e design Torino, Italy), Camille Boyer and Marlene Agrieter (Austrian Fashion Association, Austria), Katya Gousset (Instagram influencer, fashion blogger, stylist), Anton Yeremenko (fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar, Ukraine), Maxim Getman (fashion photographer, Ukraine), Lucine Ayanian (founder of HAY-HAY.CO, marketing expert, stylist, Switzerland), Xenya Cherny (Eco-Age Ambassador, founder of Green Stilettos), Anastasia Hetman (model, KModel Agency Ukraine).
